Wiki access policy

The wiki is world readable and editable, enabling any interested parties to comment and participate in the project.

Obviously this facility is a potential target for abuse. If the wiki (or other part of the site) is vandalised, we will remove the offending changes and take steps to limiting future vandalism, which could include removing anonymous editing permissions.
