Development tasks

Outstanding items which need attention:

1. The launcher script should notify the user if their version of Java is too old.
2. There is no way to specify the working directory for a wizard. Each wizard will always have a working directory in the path <WCKER installation directory>\wcker\working\<wizard> .
3. The first time the Customise course page is shown, no entry fields are shown. Selecting any item in the course structure tree will show fields correctly.
4. The Author field should appear to be inherited, to reflect the cascade effect in the IMSCP manifest.
5. Moving items in the course structure tree will lose focus. Select any item to continue editing.
6. Some combinations of metadata may produce an invalid imsmanifest.
7. Not all files are referenced as resources in the imsmanifest.
8. Not all field data is neccessarily output to the summary.html file. This can be adjusted in each wizard's summary.xsl file.
9. In the Customise course step, focus on course heirarchy items is lost when moving, adding, and deleting items. Focus should be maintained on the selected item, or move to the following item if deleting.
