Suffolk College develop FE and HE level courses partially and fully online.  Usually delivered via web ct

Much shorter blocks of teaching than we are used to in HE – i.e. 30 hours in 3 10 hour blocks
Richer media and much tighter tie in of assessment, possibly we need to integrate SCORM functionality of RELOAD 
In FE it is very important that you can show what people have learnt.  Assessment must be clearly tied in to learning.
