 * Most of last week spent preparing for conference. (hence no offical project meeting)
 * Presnetation prepared and delivered.
 * Managed to be represented in both 'tools' and 'LD' strand.
 * No word from RELOAD team yet.

 * Details of the GUI based demo.
 * Will be in Flash
 * Will include 'snap shots' of both manifes and output at each stage
 * Will 'flip' betwwen GUI and snap shots
 * Prepared for the trip to Canada
 * Result of the conference = IMS LD a good direction for the WCKER
== Outcomes ==
 * Focused back on the TALL short course model for sample outputs
 * Contacted a back-up Java programmer based in South Africa. He is flexible for working times and comes reccomended by Adam Marshall of OUCS.
 * Invited David Johnson (Java programmer) to visit on the afternoon of the 24th of Nov to discuss spec ready fro his official arrival in December
 * David J has confirmed that he can work from the start of Dec.
 * Must build a good demo by the 24th Nov
 * TK off to UML / WSDL training next week
 * DB, DW, MM off to Canada to discuss IMS LD possibilities
